为了减轻贮木场原木出河入库人工检尺的劳动强度,提高检尺精度,实现原木检尺材积计算的自动化,按林业部部颁公式: V=L[D~2(0.003895L+0.8982)+D(0.39L-1.219)+(0.5796L+3.067)]×1/1000设计了本机。本文提出了三方面内容:①方案的选择,②方案的拟定,③方案的实施。概述了本机的设计思想:采用硬件实现程序的转移和编制,并应用了微程序控制,公共程序等,对于常系数的贮存采用了较新设计——常数固定编码。为了适应恶劣的野外工作环境,增强抗干扰能力,提高机器运行的可靠性,采用了相位补偿电路和动态移位同步的方法。全机设计为动态逻辑。图8幅。

The design idea of the machine is summarized: the transfer and compilation of the program are realized by the hardware, and the application of the micro-program control and the public program are adopted. The newer design-constant fixed coding is adopted for the storage of the constant coefficient. In order to adapt to the harsh field work environment, enhance anti-interference ability and improve the reliability of machine operation, the use of phase compensation circuit and dynamic shift synchronization method.
