间歇练习法是在一次(组)练习之后,按照严格规定的间歇时间和积极休息的方式进行休息,在运动员机体尚未完全恢复的情况下就进行下一次(组)练习的方法。
Intermittent practice is a method of taking the next set of exercises after a single (group) exercise, resting in strict accordance with intermittent hours and taking active rest, before the athlete’s body is fully restored.
