采用透明胶纸法,调查中专生蠕形螨感染情况。共查372人,总感染率为37.90%,男性(34.46%)与女性(41.03%)之间无显著差异。在校生(42.34%)高于新生(31.33%).鼻尖(36.56%)与鼻翼沟(22.58%)之间有显著性差异(P<0.001),正常皮肤(24.05%)低于皮损者(62.22%),而且感染者多见轻度(1~5条)和中度(6~10条),虫种以毛囊蠕形螨为主。本次调查证明:透明胶纸法检出率高,可定量、定点检查螨虫的感染,建议进行螨虫的流行病学调查时,可作为规范化的检查方法。
