以20MnSi和30MnSi盘条钢筋为研究对象,研究了冷却速度对盘条钢筋淬火组织的影响,并分析了回火冷却条件对20MnSi钢筋表面、直线性及松弛性能的影响。结果表明,20MnSi和30MnSi钢棒在淬火冷却速度不低于30℃/s、淬火冷却后钢棒温度低于250℃的条件下可得到马氏体组织;回火冷却对钢筋的外观和松弛性能基本没有影响,较低的回火冷却速度对钢棒的伸直性不利
Taking 20MnSi and 30MnSi wire rod as the research object, the influence of cooling rate on the quenched microstructure of wire rod reinforcement was studied.
