大学英语教学改革强调提高学生的英语综合应用能力,尤其是听说能力。因此,新的课型下,如何充分发挥学生的主观能动性,上好大学英语口语课备受广大英语教师们的关注。辩论引入口语课堂相比传统教学模式有着明显的优势。师生能否充分认识辩论的作用,辩论应用于大学英语口语课堂的各个环节设计是否科学,对于提高学生英语应用能力,促进学生全方位的发展有着直接影响。
College English teaching reform emphasizes the improvement of students’ comprehensive English proficiency, especially listening and speaking ability. Therefore, under the new curriculum, how to give full play to the students’ subjective initiative, the Good Oral English Class has received the attention of the majority of English teachers. Debate into the oral English teaching compared to the traditional model has obvious advantages. Whether teachers and students can fully understand the role of debate and debating whether the design of each aspect of the Oral English Classroom is scientific or not has a direct impact on improving students ’ability to use English and promoting students’ all-round development.
