在城市现代化建设背景下,建筑工程数量和规模不断增长,结构越来越复杂,在满足业主要求的前提下,做好工程造价的预结算审核是十分必要的。预结算审核工作质量高低,将直接影响到建筑工程投资投入和控制施工造价合理性,结合工程建设特性,从投资和监理角度实现工程项目管理目标。本文主要从管理者的角度对建设项目进行预结算审核,根据实际情况,寻求合理的预结算审核方法,客观阐述注意事项。
Under the background of urban modernization, the quantity and scale of construction projects are increasing constantly, and the structure is more and more complex. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the owners, it is necessary to carry out the pre-settlement audit of construction costs. The quality of the pre-settlement audit will directly affect the investment in construction projects and control the construction cost reasonableness, combined with the project construction characteristics, from the perspective of investment and supervision project management objectives. This article mainly carries on the pre-settlement audit of the construction project from the manager’s point of view, according to the actual situation, seeks a reasonable pre-audit method, objectively explains the matters needing attention.
