我机在某孔(倾角75°)孔深380米厚煤层钻进时,因岩层松软、缩径,钻具被卡,经处理无效。后采用扩孔方法处理,当扩至事故钻具上部时,阻力甚大,震动厉害,扩不下去(事故钻具上部系取粉管接头)而提钻,根据钻头变相(合金底出刃磨平,部分合金已掉;有的水口磨平,并成沟状)判断,孔已扩偏,只套上一部分事故钻具。由于补斜方法处理需要套管多,化费时间长,因此我们利用扩孔导向器继续扩孔,使事故顺利的处理完毕。
