‘保佳红’桃为河北农业大学选育的自然实生新品种,果实耐贮运,经济性状优良,亲本不明。本研究以22个疑似亲本桃品种为试验材料,利用SSR对‘保佳红’的亲缘关系进行分析。结果表明,30对SSR引物中有18对能在试材中扩增出多态性良好、谱带清晰的产物,扩增出的DNA谱带共89条,多态性谱带共67条,占总扩增带数的比例为75.3%,扩增出的片段大小均在100~1000bp之间。引物不同扩增出的带数不同,但均在3~8条之间,平均4~5条。聚类分析表明:保佳红与大久保的亲缘关系最近,相似系数为0.836,在树状图上被聚为一类。
’Baojiahong’ peach is a new type of natural bred in Hebei Agricultural University, its fruit is resistant to storage and transportation, its economic characters are excellent and its parents are unknown. In this study, 22 suspected parents of peach varieties for the test material, the use of SSR ’Bao Jia Hong’ genetic relationship analysis. The results showed that 18 out of 30 pairs of SSR primers could amplify the products with good polymorphism and clear bands in the test materials. A total of 89 DNA bands were amplified and 67 polymorphic bands were obtained. The proportion of the total number of bands was 75.3%, and the size of the amplified fragments was between 100 and 1000bp. Different primers amplified different bands, but all in 3 to 8, with an average of 4 to 5. Cluster analysis showed that Baojiahong had the closest genetic relationship with Okubo, and the similarity coefficient was 0.836, which was clustered in the dendrogram.
