观察了 2 8 ,33和 36℃温度条件下棉铃虫生存和繁殖情况 ,并以 33℃高温处理不同发育阶段的雌虫和雄虫 ,比较分析了高温胁迫对其生殖力的影响。结果表明 :(1) 36℃高温胁迫下 ,棉铃虫的生存严重受影响 ,在此温度下试虫不能完成个体发育 ,无法进行生殖活动 ;33℃高温对其生存影响较小 ,但影响生殖 ,其产卵力和交配力都显著下降 ,且无有效卵产出。 (2 )高温对生殖力的影响存在性别和虫态差异。棉铃虫在未成熟期对高温 (33℃ )胁迫雄性敏感性大于雌性 ;雄性 6龄幼虫至 3日龄蛹期间对高温敏感 ,以 1~ 3日龄蛹最敏感 ;成虫期雌雄对高温均敏感。
The survival and reproduction of H. armigera were observed under the temperature of 28 ℃, 33 ℃ and 36 ℃, and the females and males at different developmental stages were treated at the high temperature of 33 ℃.
