《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中指出,家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴,我们应本着尊重、平等、合作的原则,争取家长的理解、支持和主动参与,并积极支持、帮助家长提高教育能力。家庭是孩子最早接触的社会环境,父母则是幼儿的第一位启蒙老师,其教育行为对幼儿今后的成长起着至关重要的作用。因此,在幼儿园开展丰富多彩、多元化的亲子活动是做好家长工作、提高家长素质的有效途径,是改善亲子关系、培养幼儿良好个性品质的重要手段之一。
As pointed out in the “Guidelines for Kindergarten Education”, families are important partners in kindergartens. We should strive for the understanding, support and active participation of parents in the principle of respect, equality and cooperation. We should also actively support and help parents improve their educational ability. Family is the earliest social environment for children and parents are the first enlightened teachers for young children. Their educational behaviors play a crucial role in the future growth of young children. Therefore, carrying out colorful and diversified parent-child activities in kindergartens is an effective way to do the work of parents and improve the quality of parents. It is also one of the important means to improve parent-child relationship and cultivate young children’s good personality.
