随着国内汽车消费市场日益成熟,产品与服务已不可分离,消费者在购车时的关注点已经从之前仅关注车型转移到了关注车型和售后服务2个方面,而服务价格则是消费者关注最多的售后服务因子之一。购车属于一次性支出,而售后服务方面的支出则是一个长期的过程,从车辆的整个使用周期来看,这同样是一笔不少的开支。为了给消费者提供更多售后服务价格方面的信息,本刊特别推出了汽车“配件价格表”。考虑到各汽车品牌工时费因各地消费水平不同而存在差异,我们在此仅列举常用配件的价格(见下表)。虽然绝大多数汽车品牌实行全国统一的配件指导价格,但各地经销商会根据自身情况对配件价格进行适当调整,因此配件的实际成交价格跟厂商指导价会有所出入。以下是“8万~30万主流车型常用配件价格”一览,表中价格信息由该品牌北京地区4S店服务热线提供,仅供参考,实际价格请致询当地经销商。
