分析我国煤炭集团目前存在的管理问题,指出煤炭集团管理体制改革的方向,并针对我国煤炭集团决策执行力度差这一特点,提出了管理革新的切入点——绩效导向与综合素质测评。
This paper analyzes the current management problems of China Coal Group, points out the direction of the reform of the management system of Coal Group, and puts forward the starting point of management innovation - performance orientation and comprehensive quality evaluation in view of the poor implementation of the coal group in our country.
