目的本研究旨在探讨团体心理辅导在提高新生入学适应中的作用。方法选取青岛农业大学动物科技学院大一新生两个平行班级,1班作为对照组,2班为实验组。对实验组进行团体辅导,在团体辅导前及结束后采用SCL-90心理健康自评量表和新生适应问卷进行施测。结果(1)团体辅导前实验组和对照组适应性得分无显著差异,在辅导结束后实验组得分明显好于对照组;(2)实验组在干预前后的适应性得分差异有显著性,而对照组无差异。结论团体辅导对改善大一新生适应状况效果显著。
Objective This study aimed to explore the role of group counseling in improving freshmen admission. Methods Two parallel freshmen were selected from Animal Science and Technology College of Qingdao Agricultural University. One class served as control group and two classes served as experimental group. Group counseling for the experimental group, before and after group counseling using SCL-90 mental health self-rating scale and freshmen adaptation questionnaire for testing. Results (1) Before the group counseling, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, and the score of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group after the end of the counseling; (2) There was significant difference between the experimental group before and after the intervention No difference in the control group. Conclusions Group counseling is effective in improving the adaptation of freshmen.
