目的:采用超滤法与乙酸乙酯萃取法对青皮含油水体进行油水分离,并对其挥发油得率与化学组成进行比较。方法:分别采用超滤法与乙酸乙酯萃取法对青皮含油水体进行油水分离并进行GC-MS分析,比较化学组成差别。结果:超滤法收集的挥发油化学组成较乙酸乙酯萃取法更接近水蒸气蒸馏法所得挥发油,且收率高于乙酸乙酯萃取法。结论:超滤法是一种较好的青皮含油水体油水分离的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To separate oil and water from the oily water body by using ultrafiltration and ethyl acetate extraction method, and to compare the yield and chemical composition of volatile oil. Methods: Oil and water were separated from the crude oil skin by ultrafiltration and ethyl acetate extraction respectively and analyzed by GC-MS. The differences of chemical composition were compared. Results: The chemical composition of volatile oil collected by ultrafiltration was closer to the volatile oil obtained by steam distillation than ethyl acetate extraction, and the yield of volatile oil was higher than that of ethyl acetate extraction. Conclusion: UF method is a better method for oil-water separation of oily water bodies.
