洁净度标志着七十年代液压技术的新水平。液压油的洁净度直接影响系统的运行状况。电液伺服系统要求液压油的洁净度最严格。洁净度的级别用得最广泛的是NAS和MOOG标准。洁净度的检测方法使用Millipore仪最普遍,分为计数法和重量法两种。要绝对防止液压油不被污染是不可能的,但通过人们的努力是可以控制污染的。文中分析了污染颗粒的来源,为了控制污染,提出了从设计上应采取的措施,和设备安装施工中应采取的措施,以及在运行操作中应采取的一些措施,介绍了武钢一米七轧机的一些经验。
