目前在长庆油田气田水平井酸化压裂中,使用实心钢球打滑套进行施工作业,在压裂完成后需要将压裂钢球返排出井口。由于实心钢球重量较大不易返排,且在高速压裂液推动下,钢球易损坏地面管线和阀门,影响气井放喷效果。树脂是工程塑料的主要原料,本文采用高强度工程塑料制作成压裂球,其具有强度高、重量轻、耐腐蚀等特点,通过厂内检测和现场试验证明树脂球满足施工技术要求,有助于提高气井返排质量。
At present, in horizontal well acid fracturing in Changqing Oilfield, solid steel ball sleeve is used for construction work. After the fracturing is completed, the fractured steel ball needs to be discharged to the wellhead. As the weight of solid steel ball is not easy to return to the row, and the promotion of high-speed fracturing fluid, the ball is easy to damage the ground lines and valves, affect the gas well injection effect. Resin is the main raw material of engineering plastics. In this paper, the fracturing ball is made of high-strength engineering plastic. It has the characteristics of high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance. It is proved that the resin ball meets the technical requirements of construction through in-plant testing and field test, To improve the gas well back to the quality.
