我国教师教育课程理念的嬗变:从“无儿童”到“儿童为本”

我国已有的教师教育课程秉持的是“无儿童”的教师教育课程理念,这种理念是导致儿童“缺席”教学的根源之一。为了实现“每位儿童发展”的课程哲学,确立“儿童为本”的教师教育课程理念至关重要。“儿童为本”的教师教育课程理念的内涵主要指尊重儿童、理解儿童和关心儿童是教师教育的根本所在。尊重儿童意味着“每位”儿童的认知独特性和权利得到认可;理解儿童意味着际遇到并显现师生彼此教学和学习的“个人方式”;关心儿童意味着师生在为彼此操心的“关系存在”中实现存在的价值。从“无儿童”到“儿童为本”的教师教育课程理念反映了教师教育价值追求的嬗变。 The existing teacher education curriculum in our country upholds the concept of “no-child” teacher education curriculum, which is one of the root causes of children’s “absence” teaching. In order to realize the curriculum philosophy of “Every Child Development”, it is very important to establish a “child-oriented” teacher education curriculum concept. “Child-oriented ” teacher education curriculum connotation mainly refers to respect children, understand children and care for children is the fundamental education of teachers. Respect for children means recognition of the uniqueness and rights of each child; understanding of children means “personal ways” of encountering and visualizing teachers and students teaching and learning each other; and caring for children means that teachers and students For each other to worry about the “relationship exists” to achieve the value of existence. The concept of teacher education curriculum from “no children ” to “child-oriented ” reflects the evolution of the pursuit of teacher’s educational value.
