人行成宁中支通过多年实践,摸索出一套适合基层央行的计算机网络安全管理机制。一是实行两个物理分离,即内联网与互联网分离,资金网与信息网分离;二是对内部网络划分安全等级,采取相应的安全措施;三是对重要网络系统和服务器采取双机或双硬盘备份;四是制订了新的计算机病毒管理办法。通过采取这些措施,该行计算机网络自建成至今已连续安全无故障运行2500多天,为全行提供了一个畅通、安全、高效的计算机网络环境。
Through many years’ practice, the People’s Bank of China branch in Chengning has worked out a set of computer network security management mechanisms suitable for the grass-roots central banks. First, the implementation of two physical separation, that is, the internal network and the Internet separation, separation of funds and information network; Second, the internal network security level, to take appropriate security measures; Third, the important network systems and servers to take double or double Hard disk backup; Fourth, developed a new computer virus management approach. By adopting these measures, the bank’s computer network has been continuously and safely operated for over 2,500 days since its establishment, providing an open, safe and efficient computer network environment for the entire bank.
