采用均匀试验设计法确定Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca四元镁合金的成分配比,通过气氛保护熔炼和金属型铸造制备合金铸锭,利用线性回归分析建立了硬度回归方程。结果表明:金属型铸造的Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca四元镁合金铸锭在径向截面上的硬度均匀。在置信度为90%情况下,测试位置对镁合金维氏硬度的影响不显著。在置信度为99%的情况下,得到的硬度回归方程特别显著。Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca镁合金的硬度与Mn、Zn和Ca含量,Zn和Ca含量的平方以及Mg与Zn、Mg与Ca的交互作用呈线性关系。
The uniform test design method was used to determine the composition ratio of Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca quaternary magnesium alloy. The alloy ingot was prepared by atmosphere protection melting and metal casting. The regression equation of hardness was established by regression analysis. The results show that the hardness of the cast Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca quaternary magnesium alloy ingot in radial section is uniform. When the confidence level is 90%, the influence of testing position on the Vickers hardness of magnesium alloy is insignificant. In the case of a confidence of 99%, the hardness regression equation obtained is particularly significant. The hardness of Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca magnesium alloy is linear with the content of Mn, Zn and Ca, the square of Zn and Ca content and the interaction of Mg with Zn, Mg and Ca.
