本文利用在超导芯部引入Ag合金的方法制备了一种新结构Bi2 2 2 3超导带材 ,并研究了此种带材相对于普通Bi2 2 2 3超导带材性能的变化 ,以及拉伸应变对其性能的影响 .实验结果表明 ,这种新结构提高了带材的载流性能 ,所得最终带材的最大Ic=75A ,Jc=1 .6×1 0 4 A/cm2 ,相对普通样品提高了 35 % .实验结果表明此种Bi 2 2 2 3超导带材的机械性能有明显的提高 ,样品的屈服强度σ0 .2 和不可逆应变极限εirr和普通样品相比均有较大幅度的提高 ,最大不可逆应变极限εirr约为 0 .4 5 % ,相对普通样品提高了约 5 0 %左右 ,屈服强度σ0 .2 约为 85Mpa ,相对普通样品提高了约 30 %左右
In this paper, a new structure of Bi2 2 2 3 superconducting tape was prepared by introducing Ag alloy into the superconducting core and the properties of the tape were compared with that of the conventional Bi2 2 2 3 superconducting tape.
