云贵鄂渝水土保持世行贷款/欧盟赠款项目是在国家倡导人与自然和谐相处,积极推进生态建设的大好形势下,应有关省的要求和世界银行的建议,在黄土高原水土保持世行贷款项目取得成功经验的基础上开展的外资水土保持项目。旨在引进国外先进的技术和理念,加大水土保持投资力度,加快水土流失治理步伐,减少泥沙进入江河湖库,改善区域生产生活条件和生态环境,提高水土资源利用效益,夯实社会主义新农村建设基础,促进人口、资源、环境协调发展。文章就综合治理工程进行了相关研究。
