根据临床经验,将产程进展、胎儿心率和宫缩状况作为调控依据,对计划分娩中催产素滴注过程采用自适应模糊控制方法,实现:①自动识别三种异常情况并作应急处理;②对不同产程分期(潜伏/活跃期)自动改变宫缩时间间隔量化曲线;③以表格查询学习法控制催产素滴速。从实录的催产素计划分娩过程胎心宫缩图(CTG)数据中,随机抽取61组数据作模拟实验,结果:控制器的输入-输出关系与临床的实际记录符合率是96.7%。
