为了解食品个体户的卫生状况和食品从业人员对《食品卫生法》及食品卫生知识的掌握程度,探索对食品从业人员开展健康教育的新路子,碑林区卫生防疫站于前不久对本区的建东街市场、文艺路市场、大学南路市场106户食品个体户的卫生状况和267名食品从业人员对《食品卫生法》的了解程度及卫生知识水平进行了调查。调查表明:食品个体户文化程度及卫生知识水平低,对《食品卫生法》了解不够,卫生状况差。
To understand the health status of food self-employed and food practitioners on the “Food Hygiene Law” and food hygiene knowledge to explore the new approach to health education for food practitioners, Beilin Health and Epidemic Prevention Station recently in the area of the East Street market, art market, university South Road market 106 households in the health status of food and 267 food practitioners on the “Food Sanitation Law,” the degree of understanding and health knowledge level were investigated. The survey shows that: food individual education and health knowledge level is low, the “Food Sanitation Law” is not enough understanding, poor health status.
