一、无处不在的“小报告”作为班主任,我们每天都会接触到爱打“小报告”的学生。特别是中低年级的学生,几乎每天都有小报告:“老师,×××没有做完作业”“老师,×××抄别人作业”“老师,×××带了一件玩具回来”“老师,×××又欺负我了”“老师,×××上课打扰别人”……班主任工作繁重而琐碎,这些一个个随时而来的“小报告”就是一件件需要处理的工作,许多班主任被搞得焦头烂额,忙得不可开交。
