对上海地铁1号线102号车C1车体采用适应内藏门安装要求的侧墙结构设计作了详细说明,对侧墙有限元模型和载荷工况进行了分析。新造C1车车体双层铝合金结构大幅度提高了侧墙的刚度、焊接质量和外观等。
The design of the side wall structure of No. 102 car No. 102 on Shanghai Subway Line 1 with the installation requirements of the hinged door is described in detail. The finite element model of the side wall and the load condition are analyzed. The newly constructed C1 car body double-layer aluminum alloy structure greatly improves the side wall stiffness, welding quality and appearance.
