目的:观察血府逐瘀汤对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法:36只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组及血府逐瘀汤组。可逆性冠脉左前降支结扎缺血30 min再灌注2 h复制MI/RI模型,检测再灌注后各组大鼠血清CK,LDH-L以及IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10含量,并在电镜下观察心肌超微结构变化。结果:与模型组比较,血府逐瘀汤组能降低血清IL-1β,IL-6水平,促进IL-10的表达(P<0.01),同时减轻心肌超微结构的损伤;血清CK及LDH-L含量有所下降,但与模型组之间差异不显著。结论:血府逐瘀汤对MI/RI大鼠有保护作用,与调控炎症反应并保护心肌超微结构有关。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group. Reversible coronary artery left anterior descending branch ligation ischemia 30 min reperfusion 2 h replication MI / RI model, after reperfusion serum CK, LDH-L and IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 content, The changes of myocardial ultrastructure were observed under electron microscope. Results: Compared with the model group, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction could reduce the levels of IL-1β and IL-6 and promote the expression of IL-10 (P <0.01), meanwhile, alleviate the damage of myocardial ultrastructure. Serum CK and LDH -L content decreased, but the difference between the model group was not significant. Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has protective effect on MI / RI rats, which is related to the regulation of inflammatory reaction and the protection of myocardial ultrastructure.
