目的建立芎归红花液的质量控制方法。方法采用TLC法对处方中当归、川芎、陈皮、赤芍进行定性鉴别;建立HPLC法测定芎归红花液中羟基红花黄色素A含量,采用色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶72),检测波长为403nm。结果 TLC鉴别分离度良好,专属性强;羟基红花黄色素A含量在6.375~102μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好,R2=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为100.37%,RSD为1.79%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可有效控制芎归红花液的质量。
Objective To establish a quality control method for Xionggui Honghua liquid. Methods The TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of Angelica sinensis, Rhizoma chuanxiong, Citrus reticulatae and Radix Paeoniae Rubra. HPLC method was established for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Xionggui Honghua liquid. Diamonsil C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm ), The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid solution (26:2:72), the detection wavelength was 403nm. Results TLC showed good resolution and specificity. The content of hydroxysafflor yellow A was good in the range of 6.375 ~ 102μg / ml with the R2 = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.37% and the RSD was 1.79%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can effectively control the quality of Xionggui Honghua liquid.
