随着我国电网系统的快速发展,如何在确保电网安全运行的同时,实现节能降耗?这一直是萦绕电力科学研究者脑海里的世界性难题。“节能型电网限流装置”的应用使这一难题得以破解。“目前,宁夏石嘴山供电局投运的35KV户外电网限流装置每年可节省运行损耗高达390万千瓦时,直接节电经济效益达195万元。到2020年,宁夏电网采用‘节能型电网限流装置’的成本约为2900万元。相比目前应用的断路器而言,仅此一项可节约2.86亿元。宁夏电网的装机水平和电网规模约占全国电网的1%左右,依此计算,若将该装置在全国推广,可节约资金高达286亿元。”以上精辟判断,出自负责该课题组的宁夏电力科学研究院系统分析室主任黄永宁。现年48岁的黄永宁,在人生的26年里与“电力系统分析”结下不解之缘。多年来,他以严谨的科学态度和争创一流的职业精神,刻苦钻研、勇于拼搏,填补了宁夏电网系统分析和仿真计算、电能质量数字化分析、相量测试等电网智能分析领域的空白。功夫不负有心人。2011年9月,黄永宁被荣聘为宁夏电力公司首席技术专家,成为勇立电力科研“潮头”的领军人。
