采用十二烷基磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术分析了豚鼠内耳膜迷路的蛋白组成。结果表明:豚鼠内耳膜迷路含有68kD以及与130kD、45kD相近的蛋白条带,和文献报告的牛、人的内耳膜迷路蛋白分子量相同或相近,从而为进一步分析、纯化内耳特异性抗原,为临床采用免疫转印技术检测抗内耳组织自身抗体提供了可能。
The protein composition of guinea pig labyrinth was analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The results showed that: the inner ear membrane of guinea pig lost 68kD and similar to 130kD and 45kD protein bands, which was the same as or similar to that reported in the literature, so as to further analyze and purify the inner ear specific antigen, The use of immunotransfer technology to detect anti-inner ear autoantibodies provides the possibility.
