问题的提出作为一所区直属高完中,学校地处城乡结合部,有教师170人,其中45岁以下教师104人。一定数量年龄偏大的老教师,在教学观念上陈旧,难以适应新课程标准的教学,教改没能真正改起来,停留在传统教学模式打转。生源以“后进生”为主,其典型特点是:学习基础较差、对学习的兴趣不大、课堂学习效率较低等。基于以上存在的问题,学校提出实施新课程改革以提质增效。从2014年春季开学开始,学校针对新课改实施中的问题对师生上进行了问卷调查、个别谈话等,旨在了解本校学生对教学改革的适应程度,教师在教学中存在的问题。
As a district directly under the high finish, the school is located in urban and rural areas with 170 teachers, of whom 104 teachers under 45 years of age. A certain number of older teachers who are older are obsolete in their teaching concepts and can hardly adapt to the teaching of the new curriculum standards. Based on the above problems, the school proposed to implement the new curriculum reform to improve quality and efficiency. Starting from the spring of 2014, the school conducted questionnaires and individual conversations on teachers and students in response to the new curriculum reform. The aim was to understand the students ’adaption to teaching reform and teachers’ problems in teaching.
