本文研究新的聚合反应体系,甲基丙烯酸甲酯在褐藻酸铜(Ⅱ)络合物膜-HSO_3~--水体系中的聚合反应。讨论了温度、Na_2SO_3浓度、MMA浓度和褐藻酸铜(Ⅱ)膜用量对聚合速率及诱导时间的影响。求得聚合速率的表达式(Kp=7.4×10~(-2)e~(2830)/RT·[MMA]~(1.57)[Na_2SO_3]~(0.57),并比较了Na_2SO_3和NaHSO_3对诱导时间的影响,以及膜使用前后表面铜的分布。实验结果表明,褐藻酸铜(Ⅱ)络合物膜在聚合反应中起着高分子催化剂的作用。
In this paper, a new polymerization system and the polymerization of methyl methacrylate in the membrane of copper (II) alginate membrane-HSO_3 ~ - water were studied. The effects of temperature, Na_2SO_3 concentration, MMA concentration and copper (II) alginate dosage on polymerization rate and induction time were discussed. (Kp = 7.4 × 10 ~ (-2) e ~ (2830) / RT · [MMA] ~ (1.57) [Na_2SO_3] ~ (0.57) was calculated and the effect of Na_2SO_3 and NaHSO_3 on the induction time , And the distribution of copper on the surface before and after the film was used.The experimental results show that the copper (II) alginate film plays the role of polymer catalyst in the polymerization.
