In this paper, we observed the changes of renal function in rats by subcutaneous injection of Cd-MT with different ratios of cadmium and zinc. The results showed that cadmium entering the rats mainly accumulated in the kidneys and increased with the proportion of Cd in the injected Cd-MT. The content of zinc in the liver and kidney of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, which had a certain relationship with the proportion of cadmium in Cd-MT. The rats with high cadmium in injection had higher levels of urease (NAG, γ-GT) and urinary protein Total protein and albumin) were significantly higher than the control group. Hint: cadmium entering the organism is mainly transported to the kidney by the form of Cd-MT; cadmium can affect the distribution of zinc in the organism, and zinc has a certain antagonism on the toxic effect of cadmium; the cadmium damage is mainly in the renal tubules, Glomerular can be involved.
