班主任是学生的亲密朋友,时时陪伴在成长中的学生左右;是学生的亲人,处处呵护着学生成长的每一步;是学生的榜样,始终引领学生成长的方向。在日常工作中,每位班主任都为班级管理付出了很多的精力,但不同班主任所取得的效果却迥然不同,有的事半功倍,得到了学生及家长的认可和好评,有的则事倍功半,甚至是费力而不讨好。造成这种差异的主要原因是什么呢?我认为这在很大程度上取决于班主任工作的艺术性。
Class teacher is a close friend of students, from time to time in the growing students around; is the student’s loved ones, every care at every step of the student’s growth; is a role model for students, always leading the direction of student growth. In my daily work, every teacher in charge of class has paid a lot of energy for class management. However, the effect of different class teachers is very different. Some people do more with less, get recognition and praise from students and parents, while others do more with less, or even Effortless but please. What is the main reason for this difference? I think it depends very much on the artistry of the class teacher.
