小学生营养性贫血包括三种情况，即小红细胞低色素性贫血、大红细胞性贫血及混合性贫血。这三种性质的贫血与患者的现实营养状况有何关系，对儿童营养工作有一定指导意义，以往已有报道血红蛋白（Hb）一项指标与营养状况的关系，但没能全面反映营养性贫血调查结果。1对象与方法
