本文以甘薯品种徐薯18为材料,分析其茎蔓和块生长率与叶片叶绿素含量、光合作用强度、吸收根系和块根的TTC还原强度、可溶性蛋白质含量、α和β淀粉酶活力、淀粉磷酸化酶活力等在不同生育期的动态变化。结果表明,幼薯分化的生理准备始于扦插后第四周、茎蔓的生长与叶面积的增加并不是平行的,生育期中叶绿素含量除了在阴雨时期明显升高久,一般相对稳定,而叶绿素a/b比例呈持续升高趋势;光合作用最强的叶片是茎蔓顶端第4平展叶;块根膨大速率最高的时期是扦插后40-60天,20天内薯重净增长6倍,这与该阶段薯块中淀粉酶活力低有关。
