氯丁二烯(2-氯-1,3-丁二烯)属于剧毒物质。本文介绍了测定血液与乳汁内氯丁二烯的气相色谱方法。作者用气相平衡法和有机溶剂萃取法分离生物样品中的氯丁二烯后进行色谱测定。用已知浓度的氯丁二烯的大鼠血和牛乳(代替妇女乳汁)作试样。先用气相平衡法,将1ml血样或5ml乳汁装入具有橡皮塞的小瓶内,在70℃水浴中恒温30分钟使气液两相之间达到平衡。从小瓶内取气样1ml,用带火焰离子检测器的-8(5型)气相色谱仪分析样品。
Chloroprene (2-chloro-1,3-butadiene) is a highly toxic substance. This article describes the determination of blood and milk chloroprene by gas chromatography. After the gas phase equilibrium method and the organic solvent extraction method were used to separate the chloroprene in biological samples, the chromatographic determination was carried out. Rat blood and milk of known concentrations of chloroprene (instead of women’s milk) were used as samples. First gas phase equilibrium method, the 1ml blood sample or 5ml milk into a vial with a rubber stopper, 70 ℃ water bath for 30 minutes to balance the gas and liquid between the two phases. A gas sample was taken from the vial and the sample was analyzed by a gas chromatograph of type 8 (type 5) with a flame ionization detector.
