[目的]建立血样中氯丁二烯的固相萃取-气相色谱测定方法。[方法]血样中的氯丁二烯经C18小柱富集,用甲醇洗脱,洗脱液经带有ECD检测器的气相色谱仪检测,外标法定量。[结果]该方法的线性范围为0.42~20.0μg/L,相关系数(r)=0.999 8,方法检出限为0.42μg/L;血样中最低检出质量浓度0.42μg/L;样品加标回收率为82.0%~91.3%。[结论]该方法灵敏度高,操作方便,选择性好,适用于职业性氯丁二烯中毒的临床诊断和治疗过程。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of chloroprene in blood samples by gas chromatography. [Method] Chloroprene in blood samples was enriched by C18 column and eluted with methanol. The eluent was detected by gas chromatography with ECD detector and quantified by external standard method. [Result] The linear range of this method was 0.42 ~ 20.0μg / L, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.999 8, the detection limit was 0.42μg / L and the lowest detection limit was 0.42μg / L in blood samples. The recoveries ranged from 82.0% to 91.3%. [Conclusion] The method has high sensitivity, easy operation and good selectivity and is suitable for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of occupational chloroprene poisoning.
