随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,我国在经济、政治、思想、文化、道德等方面正在发生着前所未有的变化,学校德育工作的体制、方法、内容等也随之出现许多的问题和困惑。有的学校因“经济热”、“下海热”,对德育的认识上出现了“错位”,德育工作出现了降温;有的学校因抓升学,抓创收,德育工作队伍“刀枪入库”,出现了“空挡”;有的学校在社会发展、形势变化的情况下,对德育现有的内容未能及时更新,出现了脱节和“滞后”;有的学校在市场经济建立的过程中,对学生心理、思维、价值观念发生的变化束手无策,因而教育方法仍然陈旧,呆板,明

The system, methods, and content of the school’s moral education work have also caused many problems and confusions. .
