本文采用放射免疫法观察了31例婴幼儿哮喘(IA)及26例喘息性支气管炎(AB)患儿的血浆内皮索(ET)水平。结果显示IA及AB组血浆ET水平明显高于正常对照组,且IA组血浆ET亦明显高于AB组。说明ET参与了喘息性疾病发生发展的病理生理变化,是疾病进展的重要促发因素之一;AB可能是IA的早期表现,是同一疾病的不同阶段。
In this paper, the plasma endothelin (ET) levels in 31 cases of infantile asthma (IA) and 26 cases of asthmatic bronchitis (AB) were observed by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that plasma ET levels in IA and AB group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, and plasma ET in IA group was significantly higher than that in AB group. ET is involved in the pathophysiological changes in the development of wheezing diseases, which is one of the most important contributing factors in disease progression. AB may be an early manifestation of IA and is a different stage of the same disease.
