本文采用坐标网目法对带孔件成形过程进行了试验研究。试验所获应变分布表明,带孔件在变形过程中存在拉深和翻边两种变形趋向性,在模具参数和工艺条件完全相同的情况下,其可能的变形趋势与孔的尺寸有关。本文的研究结果可为带孔件成形过程中的变形趋向性分析乃至变形过程控制提供理论依据。
In this paper, the mesh method was used to test the forming process of perforated parts. The strain distribution obtained in the experiment shows that there are two kinds of deformation tendencies of drawing and flanging in the process of deformation. With the same mold parameters and process conditions, the possible deformation tendency is related to the size of the hole. The results of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the deformation trend analysis and even the deformation process control in the forming process of hole parts.
