类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种病因未知,不能根治而只可缓解的自身免疫性疾病,特征在于关节滑膜发炎和增生、自身抗体产生(类风湿因子和抗环瓜氨酸蛋白抗体)、软骨和骨破坏和全身特征,包括心血管、肺和骨骼疾病。CD147分子广泛表达在人体多种组织中,属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员,在RA患者滑膜组织中高表达,并通过多种免疫细胞或以可溶性分子的形式参与RA的免疫病理反应,进一步刺激多种基质金属蛋白酶的分泌,导致软骨及骨组织的降解和破坏。本文总结了CD147与RA发病机制的关系。
