为了探讨γ -谷氨酰转移酶 (GGT)在人、鼠肝癌形成过程中活性变化对肝癌的诊治意义 ,对 30例肝癌病人肝癌组织及鼠肝癌模型肝组织GGT活性进行了检测和分析比较。结果 :组织中GGT活性表现为人肝癌组织较癌周组织明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;鼠化学诱癌过程中从正常到癌前病变到癌变的肝组织依次明显升高 ,三种不同组织间的比较差异均有显著性(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :人、鼠肝癌形成过程中GGT活性呈同步升高趋势 ,GGT为反映肝细胞癌变的标志酶。动态观察GGT活性变化有助于肝癌的早期诊断
In order to investigate the significance of GGT in diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in human and mouse hepatocarcinoma, GGT activity in hepatic cancer tissue and liver cancer model of 30 HCC patients were detected and compared. Results: The activity of GGT in tissues was significantly higher than that in peri-cancerous tissues (P <0.01). The levels of hepatic tissue from normal to precancerous lesions to cancerous lesions were markedly increased during the course of chemo-chemical carcinogenesis. Three The differences among different organizations were significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The GGT activity of human and mouse hepatoma cells shows a synchronous increase trend, and GGT is a marker of hepatocellular carcinogenesis. Dynamic observation of GGT activity changes contribute to the early diagnosis of liver cancer
