目的研究大鼠根尖周炎过程中Btk的表达,分析其与患牙根尖区骨吸收的关系,探讨根尖周炎患牙骨吸收的机制。方法体内部分收集人慢性根尖周炎病损组织15例,体外构建大鼠慢性根尖周炎模型20例,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测Btk mRNA的表达情况。结果 Btk在人慢性根尖周炎病损组织中表达较根尖周正常组织明显增高。实验组大鼠根尖区Btk的表达呈倒V型,即在前2周呈上升趋势,并于2周时达到顶峰,然后开始逐渐降低。结论 Btk参与了根尖周炎的发生和发展过程。
Objective To study the expression of Btk during periapical periodontitis in rats and analyze its relationship with bone resorption in the apical area of the rat and to explore the mechanism of the bone resorption in periapical periodontitis. Methods Fifteen cases of chronic periapical lesions were collected in vivo and 20 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis were constructed in vitro. The expression of Btk mRNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results Btk expression in chronic periapical lesions was significantly higher than that in normal tissues. The expression of Btk in the apical region of the experimental group was inverted V-shaped, that is, it showed an upward trend in the first two weeks and peaked at two weeks and then began to decrease gradually. Conclusion Btk participates in the pathogenesis and development of apical periodontitis.
