本文就西宁地区(海拔2 261in)52例小儿高热惊厥的临床及脑电图分析如下。 临床资料 52例患儿中男35例、女17例。初次高热惊厥发病最小年龄5个月,最大7岁,3岁以内39例。52例中有复发者25例。经随访6例转为无热惊厥。 使用日本光电4214型脑电图机进行描记,按国际10~20系统安放头皮电极,采用单、双极描记、52例均在高热惊厥发作停止1~2周后进行脑电图检查。本组在清醒状态下描记21例,并均进行过度换气诱发试验,睡眠诱发31例。加蝶骨电极检查2例。
In this paper, Xining (5261in) 52 cases of pediatric febrile seizures clinical and EEG analysis is as follows. 52 cases of clinical data in 35 males and 17 females. The first onset of febrile seizures minimum age of 5 months, up to 7 years old, 3 years of age in 39 cases. Among 52 cases, 25 cases had recurrence. Follow-up 6 cases converted to no febrile seizures. The use of Japanese photoelectric 4214 EEG machine tracing, according to the international 10 ~ 20 system scalp electrodes placed, using single and bipolar tracing, 52 patients were in the febrile seizures stop 1-2 weeks after the EEG. The group under the awake state tracing 21 cases, and were induced by hyperventilation, sleep induced 31 cases. Plus sphenoid electrode examination in 2 cases.
