[目的]研究海盐苦卤对玉米青枯病菌生长的影响。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定海盐苦卤对玉米青枯病菌的抑制率;采用叶片离体培养法测定海盐苦卤对玉米青枯病菌侵染玉米的抑制作用。[结果]随着海盐苦卤浓度的降低,其对玉米青枯病菌的抑制规律性不强,表现为随着海盐苦卤浓度的降低而先降低后升高再降低,在浓度为0.0005%时具有最佳抑制效果,抑制率为31.2%;0.0500%海盐苦卤对玉米青枯病菌侵染玉米具有最佳的抑制作用,抑制率为44.3%。[结论]研究结果为海盐苦卤在植物病害防治方面的应用奠定了理论基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of sea salt bittern on the growth of corn bacterial wilt. [Method] The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the inhibitory rate of bittern of halophyte to corn bacterial wilt. The leaf in vitro culture method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of bittern of halophyte on maize inoculation with corn bacterial wilt. [Result] With the decrease of bittern concentration of sea salt, its inhibitory regularity to corn bacterial wilt was not strong. It showed that with the decrease of bittern concentration of sea salt, it firstly decreased, then increased and then decreased. At the concentration of 0.0005% With the best inhibitory effect, the inhibition rate was 31.2%. 0.0500% sea salt bitter brine had the best inhibitory effect on maize wilt infection of corn, the inhibition rate was 44.3%. [Conclusion] The research results laid the theoretical foundation for the application of sea salt bittern in plant disease prevention and control.
