在四川省泸州市泸县和广元市元坝区采用沙床播种、温棚催芽、切根移栽、容器培育的方法进行刚火松育苗试验 ,结果表明 :泸县和元坝刚火松 1a生平均苗高分别达 1 3 8cm和 1 3 4cm ,比对照本地马尾松大 1 7. 9%和1 1 . 7%。两个试验点间刚火松平均苗高无显著差异 ,元坝苗高的变异幅度大于泸县。Logistic曲线、对称及不对称S形曲线均可准确描述刚火松 1a生实生苗的高生长过程 ,得出的苗高生长量累积百分率 (y)及其概率单位 (p)依生长天数 (x)的 3个回归方程 :y =1 0 0 /(1 +1 9 .391 8e-0 . 0 3 2 3x) ,p =3. 32 0 2 +0 . 0 1 81x和 p =- 2 . 31 1 2 +3 .86 91lgx ,其相关系数r和回归F值均达极显著水平。
