近日,常州市中级人民法院发布公告称,该院于2007年5月9日依法受理债权人中国工商银行股份有限公司常州钟楼支行申请债务人常州长江客车制造有限公司破产还债一案。经审理后认为,长江客车近年来经营管理不善,严重亏损,无力清偿到期债务,符合法定破产条件,依法裁定破产还债。本报在2006年8月曾报道过《常州依维柯插标自卖:谁来买我?》,事隔半年多,常州长江客车制造有限公司(以下简称长江客车公司)最终以破产来结束自己多舛的命运。长江客车破产了,谁来接手?
