党的十四届五中全会提出把国有企业改革作为经济体制改革的中心环节,其目的是增强国有企业活力,发挥国有企业的主导作用。深化国有企业改革,搞好搞活国有企业,最根本的是企业本身要提高素质,练好内功,启动内动力,增强企业在新形势下的应变能力,以求得企业的生存和发展。 企业素质,就是企业内部人力、物力、技术和组织等因素有机结合所形成的企业生存与发展能力。要想提高企业素质,至少应该做到: 一、要有一个好的领导班子 一个企业经营管理的成败得失、经济效益的大小高低,关键在于提高领导班子的素质。企业领导班子是企业全部生产经营活动决策和计划的首脑机构和指挥核心,领导班子的素质对企业的生存和发展起着决定性的作用。领导班子的素质包括个人素质和集体素质。领导班子集体素质好,将会显示出惊人的集体智慧和力量,发挥出良好的群体效应,产生合力,这时的1+2>3,而主要领导人则起着细胞核的凝聚作用。有了好的领导班子,没有人才可以找人才,没有任务可以揽任务,没有市场可以开拓市场。因此,一个好的领导班子对企业的作用是巨大的。

The corporate leadership team is the head office and command center of all decisions and plans for the company’s production and business activities. The quality of the leadership team plays a decisive role in the survival and development of the company. The quality of leadership groups includes personal qualities and collective qualities. The collective quality of the leadership team will show amazing collective intelligence and strength, exert a good group effect and generate synergy. At this time, 1+2>3, while the main leaders will play the role of agglomeration of the nucleus. With a good leadership team, no talent can find talent, no tasks can be used for tasks, and no market can open up the market. Therefore, the role of a good leadership team for enterprises is enormous.
