根据传统混凝土桥面铺装施工中容易出现的质量通病,本文结合施工实践,采用液压式整平机、全自动三辊轴摊铺机、驾驶型抹光机、手推式铣刨机“四机联动”施工技术机械化连续作业,解决了水泥混凝土桥面铺装层的平整度低、密实度差、厚度不均、防水层表面附着力及复合路面的粘结能力弱的问题,施工机械化程度高,节省人力物力,施工进度快,在工程应用中取得了良好的经济、社会效益。
