如何有效地获得老师的帮助

课堂教学活动是老师和同学们的双边活动,英语教学是通过对同学们听、说、读、写的训练,逐渐培养他们综合运用英语的能力。而这些能力要靠同学们自己勤学苦练才能获得,老师是不能包办代替的。所以,同学们的学习积极性和主动性是教师课堂教学效果的保证。“古有贤者必有师”,要想在英语方面取得长足进步,一个有效、迅捷的方法就是能得到老师的帮助。不过,如何才能有效地获得老师的帮助?我认为,应该从以下几个方面着手。一、主观上要有请老师帮助的愿望目前,高中教学班一般都有50人左右,一节课45分钟不可能使人人都有机会发言。从学生的角度来看,为了获得老师的帮助,要在主观上检查一下自己是否做到了主动、诚恳。一般来讲,老师工作相当繁忙,学生又多,不可能时刻提醒你:“你哪儿需要我帮助啊?”因此,要求学生自己有问题时应主动、诚恳地去向老师请教,说一句:“Excuse me,may I ask you a question?”我想,任何一个老师都会微笑着尽心尽力地帮你 Classroom teaching activities are bilateral activities of teachers and classmates. However, how can we effectively obtain the help of teachers? I think we should start from the following aspects. First, there is a subjective desire to ask the teacher to help. At present, high school classes generally have about 50 people, a class of 45 minutes is impossible for everyone to have the opportunity to speak. From the student’s point of view, in order to obtain the help of the teacher, it is necessary to subjectively check whether or not he has taken initiative and sincerity. In general, the teacher is very busy and there are many students.
